30 weeks pregnant with suspected pre eclampsia?

i went to my midwife for a general check up and bloods last weds... after fidling about with bloods etc she did the whole dip stick in the uring thing and said i ha protein in my urine , then she did my blood pressure which was way too high 158/120, she told me this could possible be pre eclampsia , i have no swelling though, and i dont know much about it even though i have done research online, has n e one had the same and it turned out to be something diffrent / or n e 1 had pre-clamsia and not been hositalised at 30 weeks ... please give me some info on this... thanks
