Which does the Overland Park police dept. use: urine, blood or hair drug test for incomming police applicants?

Al incoming police applicants must not have used drugs in the past two years-it seemed strange to say "two years" as opposed to "no drug use"....so do they use Hair test, blood test, or the standard uring test for incoming applicants?
