Am hurt i feel like ****,?

me and my bf wre dating for almost a year, uring that he left me 3 times and i used to give him a chance cause he always says he loves me, now he's been ignoring me for a month when i called him last time he said he feels bad and needs time, i did give him th time he needed but i found out that he blocked me, so i msged him ysetrday telling him, so i think ur leaving me, he didnt answer back, i feel like **** ho could he do this to me? he's 24 not a kid, i feel used and stupid, he always tell me i feel bad and i need time, wha should i do?
