Besides deforestation, methane, and chemical fertilizers, and co2 what are the causes of global warming?

The term Global Warming is a hoax. The weather on our planet is cyclical(has cycles), we have ice ages, that come and go. We are currently ending an ice age so things are slightly warmer than 100 years ago. We will enter another then the opposite will be true. It is true we need to not trash the planet, conserve our resources and not just waste them but to use them is not wrong.
