Don't you just love it when idiots cause this kind of situation...?

I was trail riding with some friends in the National Forest close to my home on my Roping Horse and I always had a rope hanging from the saddle and had some adults racing down the trail where there are signs not to do so and they spooked our horses as they went by, 3 of the gentlemen with me were in Law enforcement, 2 were members of a mounted posse, the other was with the Federal Forest Service a sworn officer, one of the others was thrown but not hurt so the Deputies the FFD officer and I went after them, when we cough up to them they looked back and recognized my self and the deputies and took off through the woods so one of the Deputies and my self went after one while the others went after the other, My stallion was gaining on him pretty fast when he turned up a graded road, I followed and decided to rope him, he still did not want to stop, so I dallied my rope and stopped my horse as he hit the ground and was arrested for reckless endangerment.
