Can herpies in your body cause spotting in your urine and in general. I am a female of 38 and have had?

a few blood tests and it showed up normal except for herpies. Not the one you would thing of but the herpies virus in my body. I have had spotting of blood and a bit of blood in my urinewiht lower back pain. Not normal for me. Can herpies if left for so long like I have left it be fatal? Also the blood in the urine and spotting and on Friday night at moms I passed out a clot of blood. Now giong to the toilet I have a bit of pink stuff in my urine. My uring does not look normal colour. Help. could herpies have anything to do with this? And how fatal can it be? thanks
