Contraceptive pill week off?

Condom ripped during my girlfriends week break of the pill.. I was no where near ejaculation, and as soon as it ripped i pulled it straight out and stopped having sex. Is there much chance of her being pregnant and does the pill still work for the week you don't take it.. The bit i'm worried about is the next day when she went to toilet amongst the uring she thinks she seen a small bit of rubber from the condom
