My friend has symptoms of a UTI she said she was "puking" uring, is that possible? If so what is this?

She was bleeding, like she had her period and started puking! The hospital said she has a body infection. I also want to include that last night before all this sickness, she took ecstasy, but her other friends didn't get sick, what could this be?
