Overdose on seroquel?

last night i got very depressed and i took around 10-12 1oo mg of seroquel woul have been more but my husband pushed in the door and knocked the rest out of my had i guess he called psyc services the tld hi to monitor me over night .. so this morning he tells me i lost control of my bowels uring the night Ive staye in bed most of today but i have a terrible headache and lots of neasea should i make the trip to psyc services?? they will admitt me and i was just released last sunday,,,,I dont know beacuse of loosing control of bowels an this awful feeling what i shoul do...
