Urine Smells like Onions?

I have not been eating onions but yet for the last few days my uring has been smelling like onions and the other day I had a clump of brownish discharge when I wiped and now I am having a clear discharge./ I have also been having headaches very bad for about the last week I do not know if this is all related. Does anyone have any idea why my urine would smell like onions I have no itching or burning down there and I have had the same sexual partner for 13 years. Any one have an answer?
